Wind Mitigations
A wind mitigation is an inspection often asked for by the insurance company to show your homes ability to stand up against wind storms and can be a discount on your home owners insurance.
This report provides the insurance company:

- Roof decking, nails, and nail
- Roof to Wall attachment, slope of roof.
- Additional protections.
4 Point Insurance Inspections
A 4-Point Inspection is a report for your insurance if you are buying an older home.
This report provides:
-The age, size and condition of the electric panel.
-The type of plumbing in the home, age, condition of the water heater, fixtures, and appliances.
-The status and condition of the HVAC systems present.
-The age, type and condition of the roof covering.
